Who is Platform for?
For businesses that want to give their customers their own environment. Think installers, accountants, service companies and B2B service providers. Anyone with customers who regularly come back for info, status or invoices.
What can I put on the portal?
News, outstanding invoices, active services with statuses, links to your apps, forms, contact blocks and custom widgets. You build it with blocks, so you add what you need and leave out what doesn't fit.
Does it work with my accounting package or CRM?
Usually yes. We connect via API or via n8n if there's no direct integration. Which package do you use? Just ask and we'll see how to pull it in.
What about the brand style?
Your own logo, colours, font and optionally your own domain. Your customers see your brand, no mAIxs branding. We stay in the background.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Login per customer with their own account, data in the EU, personal data recognised and retention periods configurable. Customers only see their own data.
What does Platform cost?
Nothing, if you're a mAIxs client. It's included in the subscription by default. The number of customer accounts is unlimited.
