No hourly rate, no after-the-fact billing, no scope-creep argument. The €2,500 covers the full engagement: kickoff, build, check-ins, delivery, training and documentation.
If in the kickoff we conclude the scope is too big for 2 to 4 weeks, we say so. Then we decide together what we can deliver for that price, or when we can start with a more realistic scope.

Do I have to do the AI scan before I can start a sprint?+
No. The AI scan is a free lead magnet that helps pinpoint where the biggest opportunities are, but it isn't required. You can also request an introduction directly and we set the goal of the sprint together in the kickoff.
What kind of AI solution can be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks?+
Concrete examples: an AI that sorts your inbox and drafts replies, an internal knowledge base that answers questions about your products or processes, a quoting tool that generates a draft from input, or a customer service bot. What's feasible in 2 to 4 weeks we discuss in the kickoff based on your situation.
Are there extra costs after the €2,500?+
No. The €2,500 is the full engagement: kickoff, build, two check-ins, delivery and documentation. If you want to continue with a subscription after the sprint, that's a separate decision with no obligations.
What if the result is disappointing?+
In the kickoff we set explicit, measurable criteria for a successful delivery. If we don't hit that agreed result, we don't invoice for the sprint.
