Training and workshops

AI training your team uses tomorrow

ChatGPT training, prompt engineering and an AI bootcamp for SMEs and management. We work with your own emails, quotes and case files. No demos on someone else’s example, no loose buzzwords, just working prompts and processes that stick.

What we offer

Five formats, one common thread

Every training starts with what your team actually does. We tailor scope, duration and format to the roles taking part. Below are the most-requested formats.

ChatGPT training

People who write, email or search every day

Half a day to one day, on-site or online

Learn to work practically with ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude. No lecture theatre, but practice on the texts and emails your team already sends. Everyone goes home with a prompt library for their own role.

Prompt engineering training

Power users, marketers, support, analysts

One day, on-site or online

Beyond one-off prompts. Patterns, structure, evaluation and reuse. Your team learns to build prompts that work predictably, even with varying input and larger documents.

AI workshop for management

Leadership team, directors, partners

Half a day, on-site

Not a technical session, but an honest conversation about what AI can do now, what it costs and delivers, and which levers you need to pull as leadership. We tie it to your own processes and KPIs.

AI bootcamp for SMEs

Whole teams or a fixed working group

Three half-days spread over a few weeks

A more intensive track. Between sessions, participants work on their own AI use case in their job. At the end there's a process that works, not just knowledge in heads.

AI awareness session

Broad groups, a kick-off for your organisation

60 to 90 minutes

A keynote or inspiration session showing what AI already does in your sector. Concrete examples, no buzzwords. A good starting point for a broader track.

Who it’s for

When AI training makes sense

Not every team is ready for the same track at the same time. Below are the situations where AI training or a workshop works with us.

SMEs that want more than scattered ChatGPT accounts

You notice colleagues experimenting with AI, but it's fragmented. Training brings everyone to the same level and ties it to your own work.

Management that wants to ask the right questions

For those who won't become AI experts but do want to understand the decisions on the table: tools, governance, data, cost and what we do or don't hand over.

Teams with one concrete process in mind

Quotes, email handling, case research, customer service. We tailor the training to the process that costs your team the most time.

Organisations that want to use AI safely

We cover what may and may not go into a prompt, how to handle customer data and which tools meet GDPR and the AI Act in your context.

Approach

What a training looks like with us

Our trainings share the same thread as our implementation work. Start small, do, follow up. Nothing stays stuck in a handout.

  1. 01

    Intake on your work

A short intake. We look at which roles take part, what work they do every day and where AI saves the most time now. The training is tailored to that, not to a standard slide deck.

  2. 02

    Doing, not just watching

Every session has at least as much practice as explanation. Everyone works with their own examples from their role. We adjust prompts, tools and approach on the spot.

  3. 03

    Working output to take home

At the end of a training, every participant has something concrete: a prompt library, a working automation, a custom GPT. Not a handout that disappears in a drawer.

  4. 04

Follow-up that doesn't stop on the last day

Training without follow-up fades within two weeks. We offer short check-ins, a questions channel and optionally the mAIxs subscription to turn the knowledge into working solutions.

Frequently asked questions

AI training, answered briefly

What does an AI training or workshop cost?+

The price depends on the group, the duration and whether we work on-site or online. Awareness sessions, day trainings, bootcamp tracks and in-company programmes are quoted to measure. Request a quote via a short introduction.

Do you give AI training across the country?+

Yes. We come on-site across the Netherlands and run online for distributed teams. For SMEs in and around the major cities we also work locally.

Is AI training also suitable for people without an IT background?+

Yes, that's exactly the audience. Our trainings work without code. It's about thinking in instructions, checking output and knowing where the limits are. Anyone who works with text, email or documents can join.

What's the difference between an AI workshop and an AI bootcamp?+

A workshop is a shorter session of half to a full day, focused on getting acquainted and first skills. A bootcamp runs over several weeks with assignments between sessions and delivers a working AI process within your own work.

Can you also teach prompt engineering at a senior level?+

Yes. For power users and technical teams we have a deeper prompt engineering training with patterns, evaluation, error handling and building reusable prompt templates that hold up against varying input.

What if we want to automate more after the training?+

Then we move to implementation. With the AI Sprint or the mAIxs subscription we turn the processes from the training into working solutions. The training is then the first step, not the whole journey.
