Claude for business, answered briefly
Can Claude work with customer data under the GDPR?+
Anthropic does not use customer data for training on Team, Enterprise and the API by default. Processing happens on AWS infrastructure, including in the EU. For special categories of personal data and data under NIS2 we recommend an additional risk assessment and a data processing agreement. For the strictest requirements we look at a hybrid with local AI.
What's the difference between Claude and ChatGPT in practice?+
For one-off short questions they're close. Claude clearly wins on long documents, legal work, code review and when you value tone and nuance. ChatGPT has a larger ecosystem and more off-the-shelf integrations. Many clients use both and we help choose per use case.
Does Claude have a Dutch interface?+
The Claude.ai interface is largely English, but Claude reads, writes and thinks in Dutch just fine. For most SME staff that's not a blocker. We set up Dutch instructions and templates where it helps.
